1775 Trade Network Privacy Notice
1775 Trade Network collects project, customer, contractor, and account information needed to operate the referral marketplace.
For project submissions, we may store your name, company, email, phone, project address, project description, trade, budget, desired start, bid deadline information, and related documents. We use this information to record, review, route, deduplicate, and connect projects with contractors or service providers.
For contractor accounts, we may store contact information, company information, service areas, selected trades, license number and jurisdiction, license expiration information, insurance carrier names, workers' compensation status, exemption statements, agreement acceptance records, lead-credit activity, login records, and other information reasonably needed to operate or protect the marketplace. We do not require insurance policy numbers unless later needed for a specific compliance or verification purpose.
1775 may use automated and AI-assisted systems to classify projects, match trades, route opportunities, identify duplicates or suspicious activity, and assist with marketplace administration. Automated results may be reviewed or corrected and should not be treated as legal, licensing, insurance, or project guarantees.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers. Project information may be shared with contractors or service providers when needed to respond to a project. Contractor credential information may be used for compliance review, verification, fraud prevention, and marketplace administration. Exact contact and address information should not be displayed publicly unless needed for legitimate project fulfillment.
Submitting a project does not require you to hire any contractor. Contractors are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, estimates, contracts, permits, safety, taxes, employees, subcontractors, and work.
We may retain account, agreement, audit, project, and transaction records for legitimate business, security, dispute, compliance, and legal purposes. Access may be restricted or records may be preserved when needed to investigate fraud, abuse, claims, or legal obligations.
